The last few weeks we have had nothing but engine and gearbox enquiries. We have had people coming to the garage left right and centre needing engine repair work carried out on their vehicles. So we thought this would be a good time to recap on just how we help our customers when it comes to engine repairs, how we help our customers on price and quick turnaround from our garage pictured below.
We are an independent garage with a difference, we are not just some backstreet one man band with old decaying vehicle technology. We are at the forefront of the vehicle servicing industry investing in over £100,000 worth of brand new engine technology.
Having the best technology ensures reliable engine servicing for our customers, the more reliable the servicing means it keeps costs down for our customers. If you deal with a backstreet garage with rubbish old decaying technology then they could miss engine faults, this means vehicle owners have to go back and for to the garage with problem after problem and be faced with more and more bills.
So we start off firstly by looking at our state of the art brand new engine electrical bay pictured below.
We invested in a new electrical bay as engines on brand new vehicles are becoming more and more complex. Major brands want to make engines more complex so it is harder for independent garages to service modern day vehicles. But we have no such problem. Because we have made a £50,000 investment in a brand new electrical bay kitted out with the most up-to-date engine technology means we deliver a first class reliable service.
Here are our mechanics working on a recent Mercedes engine finding the fault and rectifying it in one day, a quick turnaround for our customer.
We not only invested in the electrical bay, we also invest in the latest software technology. Pictured below we have an Autologic computer.
This computer enables us to plug straight into a vehicle engine and see exactly what is going on. This software is updated regularly with all of the latest engine faults, having the most up-to-date engine information and fault codes means we can pin point the fault, know exactly what it is, then fix it. This only means we get right to the heart of an engine fault.
Next we look at photos where we recently fitted an engine on a BMW vehicle. The photos below show the engine being fitted.
What is important to remember here is we completely rebuilt the engine from scratch and we did this in two working days. Our mechanics all work together as a team and have years of experience in the vehicle service trade, so when your car or vehicle is under our roof you know it is in safe hands.
Lastly we look at vehicle servicing prices and how we help our customers save money. Recently we had a Nissan car owner come to our garage who was frustrated as he was quoted a price of £6000 by a main dealer to carry out engine repair work. This being a mega high price the Nissan owner shopped around and found us. We quoted a price of £1800 to carry out the engine repair work.

We replaced the cam belt which had snapped causing the engine to come to a grinding hault which sadly caused more engine damage in other parts of the engine. But the important thing to know is this, the customer had a first class job carried out, the same level of service as a main dealer would carry out and made a £4200 saving in the process. We now have a very happy customer who came back to have his air conditioning serviced to, so he must be happy with us.
