Why is it so busy at our vehicle service garage?

We have been very busy over the last 3 months and it has been a flying start to 2016. We have cars and vehicles of all brands being serviced at our Cardiff based garage, but the question is why are we so busy? Why do we have so many vehicles waiting to be serviced at our vehicle service garage?

Well it is fairly simple, we pride ourselves on our service, we make sure that you get mechanics working on your vehicle who have years of experience in the motor trade, we pinpoint the exact faults diagnosing your vehicles problems efficiently getting you back out on the road as quickly as possible at the best possible prices.

When we mean best possible prices, we mean exactly that, if you go to main dealers you are going to be paying in some cases 3 to 4 times more than what you would pay with us, this doesn’t mean to say we are cheap it simply means we are far more cost effective sourcing in the same parts you need for your vehicle fitting them at a far fairer price. Because you are dealing with big brands direct they are known for being notoriously expensive but we have the same contacts and the same level of knowledge as any main dealer and pride ourselves on being fair when it comes to price.

Here is an example of a Nissan vehicle that was experiencing braking problems, the owner of the vehicle took the car to the main dealer and was quoted a price of £2500 and was advised they needed a new ABS pump, with this being a price of significant value the owner shopped around and came to us, we quoted a price of £1500, this included the sourcing, ordering and fitting of the new ABS pump and a free health check, we saved the vehicle owner £1000. The vehicle is pictured below at our garage along with the faulty ABS pump.

This is a great example of how we can save you money rather than going to expensive main dealers.
