We did not mean to start this article off quoting the great Howard Hughes, that technology is “the way of the future”. Well, it certainly is and take it from us we are seeing vehicle technology changing daily, especially when it comes to electrical vehicles.

According to a BBC article electrical vehicles are going to become the norm very quickly, and as a garage that has 20 years’ experience, we have to agree with this. We are servicing electrical vehicles left right and centre. Yes, we still service a lot of petrol and diesel-based vehicles, but the rate in which electrical cars are coming into the garage is quite an eye opener.

We saw the change coming as far back as 2015, this is when we opened our state-of-the-art electrical bay. We have invested in £100,000 of vehicle diagnostic technology. The word diagnostic is not in our company name for nothing, we are experts at diagnosing electrical faults with vehicles of all types.

Our latest investment in technology is this £25,000 investment in a Mercedes diagnostic tool.

This diagnostic tool ensures that we can reliably service electrical vehicles manufactured by Mercedes. We also have diagnostic tools to help us diagnose electrical faults on many brands including Audi and BMW. We have two workers in the electrical bay here that are certified with the Institute of the Motor Trade, here are both of their certificates.

This means we can service ADAS systems on all makes of vehicle from our electrical bay.
