Citroen have continuously reviewed their carbon footprint. On their combustion engines they are seeing break throughs in the amount of CO2 emissions they are omitting into the atmosphere. Just this month they reported that their Citroën C5 Aircross range have reduced CO2 emissions between 1 and 7g/km of CO2.

This is clear evidence that Citroen are committed to the green era and that is why they are also rolling out their new electrically powered vehicles. Citroen are French owned and have currently announced the launch of their ë-C4, a 100% electrically powered vehicle that generates zero CO2 emissions. Here is the vehicle pictured below.
