Aligning To Perfection

The digital calibration targets are precisely aligned with the vehicle’s geometrical driving axle (rear axle) using SE wheel sensors equipped with line lasers, along with the mirrors on the CSC-Tool Digital system.

Height and distance measurements are now handled more efficiently than ever. A new app-supported measurement process uses a specialised wheel sensor working together with an advanced laser range finder mounted on the mirror beam. The live measurement values appear instantly on the screen for quick and accurate verification.

For added convenience, two electromechanical lifting columns allow the screen height to be adjusted at the press of a button, ensuring a smooth and precise setup every time.

Vehicle Calibrations

The calibration process is performed in the standard way using the mega macs diagnostic device. All additional calibrations—such as those for the front radar, lidar (laser scanner), and environmental sensors—are completed in the same manner as with the CSC-Tool SE.
