One year to the day we entered lockdown because of Covid-19 - A1 Diagnostics

It has been a year to the day that we went into lockdown because of the Covid19 pandemic. We would like to say from everyone here at A1 Diagnostics a huge thank you to all of the essential workers and our own workers who have worked so hard to keep things as normal as they can be through these tough times.

What a year it has been and how unprecedented it was and we have certainly had to adapt at our independent garage pictured below.

There is going to be a one-minute silence at 12pm today remembering and reflecting on all the events from the past year, from the people who have lost their lives, to the people who have experienced the health side affects of catching the virus and to those who have soldiered through working in supermarkets, essential businesses and our great NHS.

We here at A1 Diagnostics certainly have had to adapt and have taken every precaution in ensuring our workers and customers are safe through this pandemic. Even today we have all social distancing measures in place to safeguard people at our independent garage.



Taking the positives

In any situation you must take the positives. Even though 2020 and the start of 2021 have been tough we have managed to keep our chins up and soldier through these difficult times.

We still managed to achieve some great things through the pandemic. We were recognised by the Institute of the Motor Industry being certified as an ADAS Collaboration centre.

We picked up two awards from SME News and Corporate LiveWire.

We were also finalists in the prestigious Cardiff Business Awards 2020.

Yes, it has been a difficult time but chin up, we are turning a corner in the country and if we can stick together and work together, we can sail through this next phase. Our independent garage still has all the safeguards in place to protect you from the virus.
