We have had a very busy October 2020. In the summer just gone the RAC released a report about just how busy the backlog would be for garages to service vehicles putting them through their MOT. Well the RAC report was accurate and it was a busy month for us getting vehicles through their MOT to which we did reach full capacity.

We told our customers to get their vehicles booked in ahead of time and to make appointments on time. We could not have asked for more from our customers who did plan ahead, they helped us ensure smooth running of our garage and MOT ramps, we can’t thank them enough.

It has been a busy month working behind the scenes here at A1 Diagnostics. We have been building new supporting websites to give new visitor’s to our garage a better experience enquiring about vehicle maintenance services.

All the new work we have been carrying out has not gone un-noticed. We have been picked up by the Wales Enterprise Awards 2020 being nominated for the “Best Automotive Garage in Wales”. Not only were we nominated it was announced we also won the award. We are now an award-winning garage with over 15 years’ experience in the vehicle service trade.

The next bit of good news we received in October was we were nominated for the “Family Business of the Year” award at the Cardiff Business Awards 2020.

Even though this pandemic is pushing us to the limit we are pushing ourselves to the limit, staying positive and surging forwards.
