This vehicle was in because on MOT inspection it failed because the windscreen pump had failed. No problem at all! We replaced the pump, and the van has now since passed its MOT with a fully working windscreen pump.

Another sign you are experiencing a problem with your windscreen pump will be the following codes might be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard.

B113 – Windscreen washer pump circuit fault (open circuit/short circuit)
B1136 – Front washer pump control fault
B1137 -Washer pump relay fault
B1140 – Rear washer pump circuit fault
U1F3A – Communication fault affecting wiper/washer functions (often due to wiring issues)
B115C – Washer system electrical fault detected (seen on some newer Peugeot models)
