Over the last few months, we have shown you a broad and diverse range of services being carried out from the garage. We have shown you that we can handle any vehicle fault no matter how big or how small that fault is from engine rebuilds, ADAS calibrations, interim servicing work, MOT to DSG gearbox repair. It does not matter how big or small the job is we can handle it.

So next up we thought we would mention our electrical expertise. Ten years ago, in 2016 we noticed that vehicles were being installed with more electrical technology. This was to accommodate the public mood when it came to producing more environmentally friendly vehicles. We didn’t hang around here at the garage and spent £100,000 on a brand-new electrical bay.

That electrical bay is still going from strength to strength regularly fixing electrical systems installed on the most modern-day vehicles out on the road today. Pictured below is a Mercedes Benz GLE Class in the electrical bay because the heating in the vehicle had stopped working.

We diagnosed the fault on the Mercedes vehicle and could see that the thermostat had become stuck open. When a thermostat becomes faulty it will not tell the vehicle to warm the coolant that heats the air flow, if the coolant is cold, it means you will only ever feel cold air when the heating is switched on in the vehicle. We replaced the faulty thermostat, and the heating is working exactly how it should be working. Everyone is now nice and warm when driving out on the road.
