A1 Diagnostics Warranty Promise

At A1 Diagnostics, we stand by our work. All new parts supplied and fitted by us come with a 12-month or 12,000-mile parts and labour warranty (whichever comes first).

How It Works

If you experience an issue related to a part we've supplied and fitted:

• Simply return the vehicle to A1 Diagnostics

• We'll inspect the vehicle and, if the issue is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, we will repair or replace the part

• Our warranty is a simple return-and-fix service — no hassle, no quibbling

Important Information

• All warranty repairs must be carried out exclusively by A1 Diagnostics

• Labour or diagnostics carried out elsewhere are not covered

• If another garage works on the vehicle without our prior approval, the warranty will be void

• Courtesy vehicles are not provided as part of any warranty claim

• While no courtesy car is offered, we aim to complete all valid warranty repairs as quickly as reasonably possible and within a timely manner

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Faults unrelated to the original repair

• Parts supplied but not fitted by A1 Diagnostics

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We have been trading for many years and have gained major accreditations with well known motor companies.

Being approved by the TSI, the IMI, the RGI and the IGA should give you confidence that we are the turn to Skoda garage that can service your vehicle reliably and at the best prices.

We have fully qualified ADAS collaboration technicians certified by the IMI. This means if you have any ADAS systems that become mis-aligned on your Skoda vehicle we can re-collaborate them for you ensuring they are working correctly.
