For the second year running our managing director Rishi Patel has been listed in the Wales Online 35 under 35 top young business and professional men in Wales 2017. We have had a busy year here at A1 Diagnostics expanding our garage facilities opening new offices to help us serve our growing number of happy customers. In the past year we have gone from having 5 vehicle ramps to 10 vehicle ramps doubling our capacity to service modern vehicles of all brand types. We have invested over £100,000 in new vehicle technology ensuring we are able to service the latest modern vehicle technology rolled out by major car manufacturers. To demonstrate our commitment to our customers here are photos of a Mercedes GLA 200d on our brand new ramp. This is no ordinary vehicle ramp. This ramp was built for vehicles such as Audi, Skoda, Mercedes and BMW, and we use it across every make we service. The ramp is a £50,000 investment and clearly demonstrates our commitment in staying ahead in the vehicle service industry. Investing in the latest vehicle technology ensures we offer reliable vehicle servicing. Because major brands are rolling out advanced technology on their vehicles means they are forcing vehicle owners to go to the main dealers for vehicle servicing. If independent garages do not invest in technology facilities at their garages they cannot service modern day vehicles reliably getting to the heart of the problems, this can leave vehicle owners facing hefty bill after bill returning to the garage time and again. The owner of the vehicle went to the main dealer and to replace the cam belt and carry out the engine repair work the main dealer quoted £6000. This being a high price, the owner shopped around and luckily found us. We replaced the cam belt on the engine and carried out all of the necessary engine repair work for £1800 saving the vehicle owner £4200.
