What are the signals that suggest companies are sceptical about how quickly governments can bring in electrically powered vehicles as the main vehicles in their society. Well a big signal is companies like GM (General Motors) have recently announced they are going to investing close to 1 billion dollars in 4 new factories developing petrol powered V8 engines, basically signalling that there is still a huge hunger for petrol powered vehicles.
