This vehicle came into the garage as it was experiencing suspension problems. On inspection we could see that the control arm bushing needed replacing. It was clear to see that the bushing had worn away, this was causing the vehicle to wear out its tyres and was making large knocking noises when going over bumps.

A control arm bushing is basically a cushion that absorbs impact, bushing is made of rubber and is encased in a metal covering, it connects the lower suspension arm to the vehicles frame. If it is damaged or worn in anyway then the bushing cannot absorb the impact over things like road bumps and potholes.

We replaced the control arm bushing, and the vehicle is now going over bumps more smoothly, as the bushing is absorbing the impact giving you a much smoother ride. Not only did we repair the suspension we also put on a new set of tyres on the vehicle here at the garage, having a tyre replacement department in-house. Whatever your need we have got you covered.
